Tips for using HomeSearch™

There are some Advanced Features that I would like to tell you about...

HomeSearch™ allows me to specify the Builder Tract Code.  If you are interested in just a couple of neighborhoods, please email me and I will restrict your search to just those Builder Tracts.

HomeSearch™ also allows me to specify Thomas Guide page & grid numbers for you. If you know you only want to buy a home within a certain geographic area, please email me the Thomas Guide Map page & grid numbers (up to 5 allowed per search).

HomeSearch™ allows me to restrict your home lists to just those homes with the following specific features:

bulletLevels: 1 story or 2 story or 3+ story or Ground or Middle or Top
bulletMinimum Lot Size: Tell me the minimum Lot Square Footage you want.
bulletYear Built: Tell me the Year Built range you want.
bulletMinimum Garage Size: 1 space or 2 spaces or 3+ spaces
bulletGarage Preference: Attached or Detached or No Preference

Finally, HomeSearch™ allows me to activate the following "Yes or No" filters:
