Steve has worked in Real Estate for over 13 years,
and has been a Broker since 1990. He
specializes in residential and income properties, representing both buyers
and sellers. Prior to his
career in Real Estate, Steve was the Senior Manager of Financial Planning
for the Flour Corporation (1974-1987).
Having attained his BA in Business Administration
from California State University Fullerton, Steve has completed numerous
Post Graduate courses which he’s applied toward his MBA. His studies in Real Estate include: RE Principles, RE Finance, RE Law, Appraisal, RE Practices,
Property Management, Tax Deferred Exchanges and Income Property Valuation.
Steve is a member of both the South Orange County
Association of Realtors and the Realty Investment Association of
California (RIAOC).
